Project: The Open Library | Phantasm
This fantasy themed library, Phantasm, is a library in the West Broadway area of Winnipeg, MB. This library hosts all kinds if fictional novels which inspire the tower features on the main staircase. Quieter reading spaces and a lecture room is available on the main floor while the upper level is primary a library and café.
